Organizing and strengthening the regional water studies network for exchange of knowledge, scientific experience and technical capabilities. |

Developing an efficient program for advisory services, information transfer activities, and applied research findings for the regional countries in the field of water problems, and related subjects. |

Establishing a regional library rich in its collection, and updating the Media Unit for water studies, training programs, professional and technical publications, reports, periodicals, texts, etc. |
|
Modernizing the technical laboratories to be equipped with high quality devices which enable the participants to practically apply what they have learned, hence promoting their understanding capabilities through hands-on practice. |
|
Updating and improving curriculum development for training programs (scientific, technical, practical) for raising the knowledge and capabilities of manpower skills of regional countries. |
|
