The Applied Training Project, hosted by (MWRI) in Egypt, has the following four components

  - Establishing the Nile Net.
  - Developing Human Resources.
  - Building Institutional Capacity.
  - Promoting Basin Exchange.

These components meet our vision in an integrated way towards
  - Setting up, operating, consolidating the Nile Network of training institutions.
  - Academic degrees and either long or short term Training courses in water resources     management.
  - Information and experts exchange.
