-Executing the Pilot Irrigation Improvement Project for 130,000 feddans.
-Rehabilitation of Al-Lahoon regulator, El-Giza canal head regulator and Hassan Wasef canal head regulator.
-Establishing the Water Users Association
-Establishing the Water Guideline Department

-Complement of Pilot Irrigation Improvement Project for 190,000 feddans
-Irrigation Improvement Project for 248,000 feddans in El-Behara and Kafr El-Sheikh Governorates.
-Irrigation Improvement Project for 1,395,000 feddans in North Delta.
-Irrigation Improvement Project for 857,000 feddans in East and Middle Delta.
-Irrigation Improvement Project for 600,000 feddans in Upper Egypt.
- Rehabilitation of Al-Rahebeen regulator.
